Just listening to the new Ladytron. So lovely. Heard "Destroy Everything You Touch" at Luke 'n Leroy's* when Kittycar was here and it was so beautiful I wanted to laugh and dance and cry all at once. I did none of the above, of course. Just bobbed my head & sipped my cocktail.
Starting research for a paper on the smallpox outbreak in Boston in 1720. I am truly unsuited to return to the private sector.
*Club in West Village - I think Carlos from Interpol was spinning that night. Kittycar, Lenora & I got in and some friends of ours didn't - my first NYC velvet rope experience and I wasn't on the outside looking in. Delightful.
